CANCELLATION POLICY

If you must cancel or rebook your appointment we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. (There may be an exception in certain circumstances) Cancellation appointments with less than24 hour notice will result in a charge of 30% of service total. Not adhering to these policies will resort in paying a deposit if you make a new appointment. As of now the no show no call policy it is set at 50% of service total. This ensures all losses due to cancellations.Communication is key.
