If you must cancel or rebook your appointment we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. (There may be a exception in certain circumstances) Cancellation appointments within 24 hour notice will result in a charge of 30% of service total. Not adhering to these policies you will have to pay another deposit if you make a new appointment. As of now the no show no call policy it is set at 50% of service total. This ensures all losses due to cancellations.
